      Return Policy We want you to love your purchase from The Farmhouse. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help with eligible returns within 14 days of receipt. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories included. Items must be free from damage, scents, pet hair, smoke, wear, or any signs of use. Apparel may be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags attached. Apparel that has been worn, washed, stained, scented, or damaged cannot be returned. For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: food items, bath and body products, skincare, candles or home fragrance items that have been used or opened, earrings, seasonal or holiday items, gift cards, subscription boxes, special orders, custom or handmade items, and any item marked final sale, clearance, or discounted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue and work with you on the best solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability and the situation. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued. Online purchases may also be returned in-store within the 14-day return window, provided they meet the return requirements listed above. Please bring your receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements. Items returned without approval, outside the return window, or in used, opened, damaged, or unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
