Cancellation policy

Subscriptions Policy:

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive monthly repeat deliveries. If you subscribe today, your payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you're subscription will auto-renew on the 5th of each month.  

 You can change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. You will have the ability to skip a month, pause it, or cancel. 

Shipping Policy:

Subscriptions are charged $5.95-$9.95, depending on your order. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight and size. If you order today, your items typically ship within one week. Subscriptions ship by the 15th of the month. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout or the option to pick up at The Farmhouse.

Shipments typically take 4-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.

Cancellation Policy:

 If you subscribe today, your payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your subscription will renew on the 5th of each month. 

Once renewals are processed, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

To Pause, Skip, or Cancel:

To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://www.thefarmhousewaresanddecor.com/account/register

Use the same email address you used for your order. After you’ve registered, you can login to your account and click, "Subscriptions". From here, you’ll be able to update payment, skip or pause boxes, and cancel. You will also be able to manage your subscription from your confirmation email.
