Ingredients: 

• 1 packet Country Home Creations Spinach Dip Mix
• 16 oz. carton of small curd cottage cheese
• 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 3 eggs, beaten

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Place the mixture in a greased casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.

Serves 6 as a side dish. It may also be served as a hot appetizer with sliced cocktail pumpernickel bread.
