Homemade Queso Blanco Jalapeno Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet White Cheddar Jalapeno Dip Mix

  • 8 oz. sour cream

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz. small curd cottage cheese* (see note)

  • 1 tsp. garlic salt or onion salt

  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced (approximately ½ to ¾ cup)

  • 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese** (see note)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well-blended. Chill the dip in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow flavors to meld perfectly.

Enjoy it cold for a refreshing kick or heat it for a warm, creamy indulgence. Serve alongside your favorite tortilla chips for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack!

Note: If cottage cheese isn't your thing, simply substitute with an additional 8 oz. of cream cheese.

Pepper Jack Tip: Pre-shredded Pepper Jack cheese can be tricky to find, so we recommend grabbing an 8 oz. block and shredding it fresh at home for optimal flavor and meltability.
